La Casa understands managing your property and combining it with the many other demands in life, such as family, work commitments and many more aspects of life can be challenging. That is why our management services can allow you to leave your property to the experts with a peace of mind.

We commit to the management services of many types of properties, such as houses, flats, studios, and apartments consisting of different sizes, based in all of London and surrounding areas. We do not have a catchment area and currently manage properties in Milton Keynes and have sold properties in Epsom.

La Casa is aware that there are still many Landlords who are not aware of their legal obligations and when we manage your property it is one of our many responsbilites to keep landlords updated with current legal requirements that are in affect and new legal requirements are due to come into affect.

La Casa recognises that there can be times where tenancies may become tricky, and that is why we are here to take on existing tenanted properties, we are experienced in resolving various issues to a satisfactory conclusion.

La Casa will act as a buffer between you and your tenants, dealing with all of the day-to-day communicative issues that may arise, whilst keeping you informed on a regular basis. Our services includes property condition reports, which are carried out every six months, this give landlords an update on their property and tenancy.

We have a team of highly qualified trade professionals that can be called upon quickly to deal with any repairs or maintenance.

Fixed fee for finding new tenants per management

(Minimum term of 12 months applies to all these service)

Rent Collection Only

There will be an upfront set up fee of £1,250.00 (Inc. VAT)

Monthly deduction – 9.6% (Inc. of VAT)

(Example: If total rent amount is £1,000.00 then 9.6% of the rent total will be  = £96.00 Inc. of VAT)

Rent Guarantee cover (For the First Year)
Registering the Deposit Protection
Tenancy Agreement

No upfront Cost

Monthly rent deduction – 22% (Inc of VAT)

(Example: If total rent amount is £1,000.00 then 22% of the rent total will be  = £220.00 Inclusive of VAT)
